Christopher

If I tell you every day

they just become words I say

If I tell you just a few times a year

those same words become that much sweeter to hear

We could do this my mother and I

Because we knew just how much we Loved each other

the moment I was alive

It was never questioned

our Love for one another

She had mentioned many times

that I picked her for my Mother

And then she had three more sons

and Loved us all the same

But then Vallaree was born

and she forgot our names

My Mother Loved Us

And we loved her

She even loved my friends

And His, and His, and Hers

If you knew my Mom like I think you did

You know there was nothing more important

than her husband and her kids

But my Mom loved you all

and you know she did

All of our hearts will be crying

when they close this lid.

As a tribute to you

'til we meet again

when my heart is hurting

I'll put paper to pen.

I LOVE YOU! Mom
